Our Team

Heather joined the front office staff in 2006 after four years in a front office position in a general dentistry practice. She has been the Patient Care Coordinator since she joined the practice. Over the years, she has developed expertise in managing the billing of dental insurance and advocating for the patient’s benefits, authorizations, claims and appeals. Heather is the go to person for scheduling appointments and does her best to keep the doctor, hygienist and clinical staff on time. She was born in Utah but moved to Arizona when she was young. She has 4 children and spends all of her free time with family and friends. In her own words, “I am blessed to be a part of his team”.

Danielle joined our practice summer of 2017 and has excelled in the role of lead Periodontal Hygienist.  Danielle grew up in the Midwest.  She graduated from Indiana University with a Dental Hygiene degree in 2007. She moved to Phoenix with her husband and son in 2014. In her spare time, Danielle enjoys hiking, swimming, playing soccer and being with family.

Stephanie is Dr. Indech’s lead surgical assistant. She is an Arizona native and has been in the dental field for 9 years. She works closely with Dr. Indech and our patients providing outstanding chairside care using her experience and superb technical skills. She is meticulous with the instruments and sterilization and is proud of the immaculate environment in the treatment areas. Her goal is to help patients feel comfortable, understand the treatment they are having and the care that is required afterwards. She has two daughters and spends most of her time after work with them. Stephanie is happy to call Desert Ridge Periodontics her "home away from home."

Robbie joined the practice as a back office assistant in the fall of 2018. He is currently pursuing a degree in nursing at Chamberlain University. He is excited to be part of the Desert Ridge Periodontics team and is eager to grow professionally and expand his dental and surgical knowledge so that he can provide the highest level of patient care when he becomes a practicing healthcare professional. Beyond his work, studies and family life, there is very little time for anything else.
